Gaby, was brilliant - i phoned, he answered straight away. Promised he will get out to me in a space of 20 mins. He turned up and fixed the lock within minutes. He is very professional and very reliable and very affordable. I would highly recommend him to anyone. He also bought his two little boys with him. Which was very nice as it is now the school holidays, so i totally understood. He was honest about this and i respect this. Excellent service from DGM Locksmiths. I had a seized and stripped lock screw that I couldn’t remove myself. He came out quickly, sorted the issue within minutes, fitted my new anti-snap lock properly, and even corrected an issue with the screw supplied with the lock at no extra charge. Very professional, honest, knowledgeable and much more reasonably priced than other quotes I received. Would definitely recommend.
